I moved to Visalia in 2019 from San Luis Obispo where I was the elected Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector. I thought I knew everything about real estate but soon realized Vinny Arbizo knew more. Since moving to Visalia I have bought three homes and sold one. I could not be happier with Vinny's services. This could have been horrible.

We had terrible tenants to get rid of. Cleaning to do. He managed it all really well. He had workers at his fingertips. Fast friendly honest.

Vinny not only did an outstanding job marketing our property, but provided us with essential guidance and necessary repairs, including services of a handyman to replace windows, clean out & repairs to dry-rot affected areas, landscape upgrades, and painting the shop, and others. He told me at the outset that we needed to rent a dumpster; I initially balked, but then did so, and we ended up filling it to capacity! We've bought & sold 4 houses over the years, and worked with many real estate agents. In our opinion, Vinny is the best of the lot.

Vinny was a tremendous agent! We selected him from site reviews, having not dealt with him before, and we couldn't have been happier. He was prompt, excellent at communicating and keeping us updated, and came with a great plan to market and sell the house. He came with good recommendations for services (such as handyman, painters, and flooring repair and cleaning) and even took care of an issue with one of the services on his own - such great customer service and support the sellers. When we got to listing day, Vinny was ready and showings started immediately. We ended up with multiple listings and the house selling in 4 days, which was incredible!
